Time Windows & Number Recycling
Telecommunications providers routinely reassign telephone numbers to new subscribers. To reflect current reality, we display both all-time historical metrics and a 90-day recent activity window so visitors can distinguish legacy reports from contemporary calling activity.
Anti-Abuse Protections
- Pseudonymous Actor Token: Each browser receives a cryptographically generated 256-bit token. Only its HMAC digest is stored in our database.
- Cooldown Period: A visitor may update their vote once every 24 hours. Rapid repeated clicks are treated as idempotent no-ops.
- Multi-Scope Rate Limiting: Atomic database counters cap searches, submissions, and comments by IP network and actor.
